優等生タイプとはテストが得意で、就職活動も受験と同じ戦略で取り組む人たちのことです。リーマンショック以後、企業はこうした優等生タイプより、ユニークな人材を採ることに熱心になり、アドリブ型の質問を面接に導入しました。しかし、そこに最大の誤算があった。そもそも面接官自身が優等生だから、アドリブの質問に対する答えがすぐれているのかどうか、判断できないんです。
